Meraas Holding is bringing another grand spectacle to Dubai in the form of the biggest indoor stadium, Dubai Arena. With a capacity to hold over 20,000 people, this multipurpose, air-conditioned venue will host some of the biggest global musical acts, concerts, performances, as well as large scale sporting events and tournaments. This highly anticipated project will be completed in 2018, and will be within City Walk, next to Quartz Residence.

One of the first of its kind in the entire region, the Rolls Royce boutique and café is located in the same building as Quartz Residence. This boutique caters to the affluent clientele in Dubai, and matches the caliber of Quartz. The boutique will feature the latest and most gorgeous Rolls Royce cars and vehicles, and will also feature a cafe where guests can, eat, lounge, and relax.

HUB ZERO

Located at just a 2 minute walk from Quartz, Hub Zero is the region’s first fully interactive entertainment park.
